SHIPPING POLICY
Please expect 3-10 business days to get an update on your shipping status. Keep in mind that I am only one person, and it takes a lot of time for me to package & ship off your orders!Note that depending on where you live, shipping time may vary. Based on estimates, it should take between 2-7 days. You will receive tracking with your order. (This does not apply for stickers)
**I am only shipping to the United States for now.** I apologize to all of my international friends!
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me via email ([email protected]) within 15 days of receiving your item. Outside of these 15 days won't be qualified for a return.**Exception: Print-on-demand items (t-shirts, sweaters, etc.) do NOT qualify for a return/refund. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, every piece of clothing you receive has been printed just for you, therefore cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
Items MUST BE unused and in the same condition as received. Please keep it in the original packaging as much as possible to receive a full refund/eligible as a return.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your order. These costs are non-refundable.
Once item(s) have been returned, you will receive a refund within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when refund has been issued. *Please keep in mind that credit card companies/your payment source may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
